We want you to pay only for the services you actually use. Therefore, we do not offer you a flat rate like other providers, where you also pay for services that you do not need. Our remuneration is based exclusively on the service you have booked!

Service costs

The services you use are compensated with our currency DuckPoints. Each training, instruction or document usage has its own value. For example, for one DuckPoint you get a simple training or the use of a document. A more complex training, which takes longer, could then cost e.g. three DuckPoints. A DuckPoint is valid for 36 months from the date of release , so you can always buy DuckPoints in stock at a lower price.

System costs

A monthly subscription fee is charged for hosting, technical support and use of the platform. This is paid annually in advance and is based solely on the number of employees you have created on DigiDuck. However, you can also increase the number of users as often as you like at any time and thus also benefit from our graduated prices. The fees for the additional users will then be calculated on a daily basis until the end of the fiscal year.

YOU CAN ADD THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL SERVICES TO YOUR NEEDS:

You can set up your DigiDuck system all by yourself. Or you can commission us to do it for you. The one-time setup fee including branding, onboarding of employee data and automated user creation is only 990.00 EURO for a standard setup without separate effort. Please ask for costs of separate effort.
The conditions for the creation of own content or individual language variants as well as the DuckPoint calculation for the use of own content on the system is based on the effort and the length of the material. Please inquire separately.
For the use of the info management system, we charge one DuckPoint for each document opened by the employee. If you do not use it, there is no charge.

Yes, you can also set up your DigiDuck system completely on your own. We will provide you with a manual for this purpose. However, we know from experience that you will need time for this.
